Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the November 18, 2010 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, Robert Lutts, Thaddeus Buczko and William Goreham
Mayor Driscoll called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
The Salem Council on Aging submitted requests for medication expense reimbursement from the Endicott Fund. Robert Lutts made a motion to approve $640.45 from the Endicott Fund for payment. The motion was seconded by William Goreham and voted unanimously.
The Board received a statement from the Post Office for annual rent.
The Clerk will forward a check for $116.00 for the year from the Administration Account.
The Board received the Third Quarter Report from the Eastern Bank showing market value of $5,977,764.18. The report was reviewed and accepted.
Robert Lutts made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 14, 2010 meeting. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously.
Reminder to the Board, next month the Eastern Bank Financial Advisors will attend the meeting and discuss current market conditions and future investment strategies.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 PM.
